You can check the availability of our accommodation through our website www.ilnidovaldobbiadene.it. From the Home Page, enter the dates of stay, the number of people: a page will open with our proposals for available accommodation.

“Day of entry” means the day of your arrival at the accommodation where check-in is made. The “day off” (check-out), however, is the day you leave the accommodation.

You can pay by bank transfer or by online payment with credit card (the data will be sent at the time of registration of the reservation)

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer. We don’t accept checks.

We accept all credit cards of the main circuits available.

You can withdraw from the contract up to 5 days before the expected date of arrival, by written notice that must reach us within the deadline. In this case, you will be refunded the amount of the deposit, within seven working days of notification of withdrawal. If the cancellation is communicated after the deadline, we will retain 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

In case you don’t show up at check-in without any prior notice of withdrawal, we will keep the entire amount received.

As a deposit you will be required to provide us with your credit card details that are valid to guarantee the conditions of the accommodation. 

We speak Italian and English.

Generally, check-in is from 15.00 p.m. and check-out by 11.00 a.m., unless otherwise specified in the booking request. As we do not have a reception, the check-in must be a self check-in.

Yes, our staff is at your disposal to make your stay more pleasant, solving any problems that have occurred in the accommodation or to respond to your requests for information. Full assistance and prompt intervention is guaranteed, consistent with the working hours of the technicians necessary in this case. We therefore need to notify our staff during office hours to report a possible fault, by sending an e-mail to ilnido928@gmail.com or by calling the mobile phone number +39 3939219316.

In this case, we must inform our staff of the damage caused. The sum necessary for the repair of the damage will be at your expense. If we encounter any damage to the apartment after your departure, we will notify you within three days of check-out and you will be responsible for paying for the damage.

We do not accept pets in our accommodation.

No, the formula “holiday home” or “tourist rental” does not include a breakfast service. In the booked accommodation you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast and a first reception equipment.

Yes, it’s all included in the price unless otherwise stated.

Yes, the price includes a set of sheets and pillowcases, towels, face and bidet, bathmats and kitchen cloths, which you will find in the accommodation in sufficient quantities for the duration of your stay

All houses are equipped with stove, crockery, cutlery and crockery.
