A challenging tour that will take you to a good altitude to enjoy breathtaking views and discover the Malghe del Comprensorio del Monte Cesen, places where the magic of ancient traditions that are reflected in the everyday life of the Malgari persists.
The departure from Valdobbiadene is marked by a slight climb that lasts for 8 km on the paved road that leads to Miane and Follina. Here, after passing the village of Guietta, taking the Madean road, you follow one of the most popular climbs for cyclists alternating with more demanding stretches and others that give a little ‘breath to Forcella Mattiola.
The path to tackle is uphill but thanks to the electric bike the effort, practically equal to zero, will be rewarded once you reach the Rifugio Posa Puner, at an altitude of 1320 meters, where the fairy-tale atmosphere will enchant everyone. The easy dirt road that goes around Mount Cimon leads directly to Malga Forconeta, at an altitude of 1380 meters, where after the climb Malga Mariech you can reach an altitude of 1510 meters.
The view deserves an adequate stop to be admired and, after filling your eyes and belly, you are ready to start the descent in view of Mount Barbaria where, thanks to the paved road, you reach the Pianezze.
From the square, along the path to the left of a charming capital, you return to Valdobbiadene. The trail is very fun as it continuously intersects with the paved road where you can meet other cyclists
